I have compiled a list of emails and different people i should contact...

i am waiting on a flyer prototype so i can basically evite everyone to the event....

some of the contacts include PHA (panhellenic association) which includes Delta Phi Epsilon, Phi Mu, Phi Sigma Sigma, and Alpha Sigma Alpha. I will also email IFC (Inter Fraternity Council). An addition to this i have received the contact number in the sports department so that we won't be ignored by the coaches. 

I will also start creating the facebook group upon receiving exact information as well as the flyer design from the visual arts department that Melanie is working on.
